The use of donor biological materials in Russia is completely legal and strictly regulated by law.

The NGC St. Petersburg clinic offers a non-anonymous donation program. In this case, the donor can be a woman independently chosen by the couple, provided there are no medical contraindications. A key feature of this program is that upon reaching 18 years of age, the child has the legal right to receive their biological mother's personal information.
